2. Course Fee Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
2.1 Duplicate Payment
If you have been charged twice for the same transaction, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
2.2 Technical Payment Failure
If the payment was deducted from your bank account or UPI but not received by Minika Academy due to technical issues, the amount will be refunded or adjusted towards your course fee.
2.3 Course Cancellation by the Academy
If Minika Academy cancels or discontinues a course for any reason:

You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid,
OR -
You may opt to shift to another available course.
3. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the student voluntarily withdraws from the course.

If the student fails to attend classes, online sessions, doubt-clearing, tests, or other academic activities.

If the student is dissatisfied with teaching style, faculty, or course structure after joining.

If the student is removed from the course due to misconduct or violation of academy rules.

If course access (online/offline) has already been provided.

If study materials, notes, or resources have been issued.

Registration or admission fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Refunds will follow their respective processing timelines as applicable.
